筋肉痛だけどジムに行って軽く運動と沢山ストレッチしたよ!お腹なかなか割れない~
I went to the fun even thou I was pretty sore and stretched A lot!
I have been trying to get ripped. I'm not there yet but I'm on my way!

恵比寿ではお祭りがあって盛り上がってたよ~綺麗!
I passed by ebisu and they were having ebisu matsuri. That was so pretty!

ジムの後、Madison New York kitchenのオープニングに行きました!
After the gym, I went to Madison New York kitchen opening.

みんなおはよう!!
今日は朝からバタバタしちゃったので、アボカドとアーモンドミルクのプロテインシェイクを作ったよ!甘さ控えめにしてるよ。
Good morning my people!
I was a little bit busy in the morning so I made some quick avocado, almond milk protein shake for myself.
I like how it is not too sweet. It is a great way of starting your day!

ランチは渋谷にあるThe oak floor! やっぱりステキな空間
そしてデザートも甘さ控えめ!紅茶でできてるチョコレートとナッツのケーキだよ。
I had some lunch at The oak floor in shibuya for the first time since the opening party.
I definitely love this place.
The environment is so calm and nice that makes you forget that youre in shibuya!
And I also had some chocolate& nuts cake made with tea. Not too sweet, very delicious!

ランチ後は、紫外線で痛んだ髪のトリートメントとカットをしにサロンのBLOCに行きました。
ふわふわさらさらな元気な髪にまた戻ったよ~!
AFter lunch, I went to BLOC to cut and treat my hair that has been damaged by the shootings and the sun.
Look how fluffy and soft looked like after i left the salon. I totally love this!

その後はジム

少しでも時間があるとジムに行きます。
自分をケアする時間は、やっぱりどうにかしてでも自分の為につくるべきだね!
I try to make as much time as I can to take care of myself.
No matter how busy my jobs keeps me, I need to take care of myself for my own good.
