I made my third starting appearance the other day. Although it didn’t lead to a team win, my velocity has gone up and I didn’t feel anymore pain while throwing.

It was also a home game so I had great support from family and friends.

There have been typhoons and earthquakes back home in Japan but I truly hope that there won’t be anymore. I have all those impacted by the disasters in mind and am working extremely hard everyday.
